2. Heating system:
A. Steam heating: can have function of cooking, smoking and drying, you will need have steam
source, the highest temperature can be achieved 120°C.
B. Electric heating: can have function of baking, smoking and drying, it is use electric heating
tube, the highest temperature can be achieved 140°C.
C. Steam+electric heating: can have function of cooking, baking, smoking and drying.
3. Circulating air system: at the top of furnace have two-speed electric fan, the amount of
high-power and high winds to ensure furnace heating, uniform temperature throughout, to ensure
the quality of products is stable and reliable.
4. Smoked system:
A. Inner smoke: Inner of furnace have a fuming plate, can put sawdust or sugar on it before
close the door, control the panel button fuming button, and adjust the time the smoke in uniform
furnace smoked cooked products with smoke switch button time adjustment. (This is suitable for
30L, 50L, 100L and 150L)
B. Outer smoke: Outer of furnace have a smoke box, there have a fuming plate, you can put
sawdust or sugar on it, you can put it whenever you need. (This is suitable for all model)
5. Control system:
Fully automatic electric/computer control part of the fumigation box using the advanced man-machine interface with a programmable controller, fully automatic control and monitoring of the
various processes. Reliable operation and easy to operate, waterproof performance is good.
